Maymeal PicEdit is a powerful graphic editor that lets you modify, enhance and manipulate images with ease. Though powerful and feature-rich, it is also completely free.
In my opinion, the best thing about this tool is the large variety of editing possibilities that it supports. It comes packed with support for a lot of functions and tools, letting you edit the images in a lot of ways. You can fill, crop, resize, rotate the pictures, deploy a large variety of colorization effects like blur, sepia, negative, embossing, or make use of available objects like geometric shapes or brushes. Though it comes packed with a lot of features and functions, some basic ones are still missing or are really hard to find. For example, I still haven’t found a button to let me automatically resize the loaded picture to fit the application’s window (a “zoom to fit” button). Anyway, this is a minor aspect that can be easily overlooked. This tool offers a lot of advantages even though it is free. For example, despite being feature-rich and comprehensive, its interface is easy-to-use and straightforward. There are no hidden intricate menus or complicated settings and anyone can use this program without any prior experience.
This powerful tool can load and process both vector and bitmap images of various formats. Maymeal PicEdit also offers a handy “undo” button that lets you unlimitedly revert the changes that you perform to a picture.
In conclusion, Maymeal PicEdit is worth being chosen whenever you’re in need of a comprehensive yet free image editor. Being free and having no remarkable downsides make it a truly appealing choice.
